I found some cool stuff(weapon parts and hidden easter eggs).
But I'm wondering about one thing.
I heard that in Act 3 there is a hidden room where you can play entire TTS on some virtual TV.
Has anyone found that?

No, I haven't and I highly doubt that.

I believe Kojima would had cut a easter egg like that, instead of other things(each disk having more then one language).

It triggers a death scene of Old Snake, then it flashes on the screen "HA HA GOTCHA!" and a MGS5 trailer plays....

haha. Well there is no doubt that MGS5 will come out. But something smells funny about this.

Because Ryan said that if you play MGS4 10 times you still wont find all secrets.

It was mentioned in one of the Kojima Productions report.
And there was one of the interviews. I can't remember where it is , but it isn't a rumor.
The only thing is that internet helps you discover that secrets faster. For instance, those circles in grass, Naomi's braw, Hand camo, that hand things that follows you in 3rd act, secret ghosts in Shadow Moses, and many more.
It really gives you a will to play the game more the Online mode.

I wanted to found them by myself, but I couldn't help to read about them on the net. Which helped me find them more easier.

Now I actually don't read anything about secrets on the net, but I do post things I found by myself.

I've never been the one to go through a game looking for the secrets. If its something I read on the internet that is cool, i'll start a new game and play to that point to check it out.

nope didnt found any virtual room...but i did found a secret place...its like an alien ship landed there when i go there...i hear a flashback of colonel...saying this...when i was driving i saw something strange in the sky.....

Nothing special, but gives that special something to the game if you played previous games.

I'm actually South America, ACT 2, on my 2nd play through, I might go looking for it... Is it before or after you fight Octopus?

After. It is right after the fight, because PMC took Naomi, remember?
You have a lot of secrets there, so explore.
You won't regret it. I know for 4 secrets in that area.

Bandanna: Complete a single-player session without killing anyone (including bosses). You can do this on any difficulty.
Long Barreled Desert Eagle: Earn the Fox emblem on a single-player session.
Digital Camera: In the Nomad vehicle during the mission intermission; you can unlock a special photo by picking up this item in stage 4 instead of earlier.
Patriot Future Assault Weapon: Earn the Big Boss emblem on a single-player session.
Race (Ricochet):Gun Clear the single-player game once.
Rail Gun: Beat Crying Wolf.
Scanning Plug S: Log more than 10 hours of Metal Gear Online play time on the same profile as your Metal Gear 4 game. You purchase this from Drebin.
Solar Gun: Collect the five statues (those of the four Battle Beauties and the Frog Soldier/Haven Troopers in stage 1) using non-lethal means on their respective idols.

Big Boss Extreme Difficulty Setting: Complete the single-player mode once (and saving the cleared data).
Inheritence: You carry over your Drebin points, weapons, ammunition, items, and special items from a previous game upon game clear. However, Snake will need to encounter Metal Gear II in the first stage to get his stuff back. Be sure to save your cleared data upon game completion to track your items. Load the cleared data to reap your benefits.
New Combat Vests: Clear the single-player game once/
No More Camo: Shake the Sixaxis controller to return Snake's Octocamo to its neutral (black and blue) pigmentation. Refill Psyche During Cut-Scenes: If during a cut-scene something causes Snakes psyche gauge to decrease just press X rapidly to replenish it.
Show Me Your Motions: When a character is introduced for the first time, press R2 to view that characters motion capture person instead of that person's voice actor.

TIPS FROM MY PLAY :>>

First use the ( altair ) when you play in middle east.
Secend don't be so quicek to finish the act ).
Third in the place in act two south america, if u notes its tricky from the side of play, u will start from the north walking to the south the Derpin will drive u back to the north untill the door were u break with the machine gun ).
Forth alawyes try to head shot the enmmies to feel free to play around and don't think about time .

note: look close to the maps in act 2 some of them looks like noami bra and the picture in the loading show u the skull with eyes of the bra and the way the river.
