Looking for a clan too. My K/D SUCKS because I was going one for one on getting a lot of my killing skills up

I only have Narc Sniper Rifle Blades CQC and Scanner MASTERED.

Well sniper skill mastered is the best skill for snipers. As for the rert I really dont know...

Personally, I can't tell a difference in level 1 and level 3 in something. I even take on "Level 3 Snipers", with nothing(Assualt, NARC, runner, quarterback).

I saw once a video on Youtube( I can't find a link now) that gives you a difference in lvl1 and Master. The difference is not that big, but can give you the upper hand in combat.
