I have noticed while playing again that Snake's personality seems way different than in the other Metal Gear games. Just like in the other Metal Gear games, in mgs1 Snake is way good at sneaking, being tough and defeating crazy special ops guys. Two things that I noticed that was different from other games was that he is always hitting on girls and he says the most sarcastic comments. I feel that being a dog for girls and his smart comments are missing from the other games, here are some examples.

Hitting on girls:
Mei Ling: "I can't believe I'm being hit on by the famous Solid Snake"

Naomi: "Maybe I'll let you do a little strip search on me"
Snake: "I'll hold you to that Doctor."

[with Meryl in the bathroom]
Snake: "I had no idea you were so feminine."
Meryl: "This is no time to try to hit on me Snake."

[talking to Meryl]
Snake: "You've got a nice butt."


Snake sarcasm:

Snake: "an m1 tank huh? Must be a tight squeeze for a big boy like you." (or something like that)
